How to Become a U.S. Citizen

  • Naturalization- The process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a lawful permanent resident after meeting the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

  • Understand the important rights and responsibilities of the U.S. citizenship

If your application is denied that means the USCIS has determined that you are not eligible for citizenship.
